These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NexTechTools (the "Site"), including all tools, pages, code, graphics, and content made available on it (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Ownership and Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including but not limited to the source code (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), visual design, layout, graphics, tool names, and text — is the original work of Matthew Moak and is protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, mirror, scrape, decompile, reverse-engineer, or redistribute any part of the Site's source code or design, in whole or in part, for any commercial or public purpose without prior written permission.
• You may not remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or attribution notices contained on the Site.
• Personal, non-commercial use of the tools themselves (i.e., using the password generator to create a password for your own use) is permitted and encouraged.

2. Use of the Service

The Service is provided for lawful, personal, and professional use only. You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems, networks, or data belonging to NexTechTools or third parties.

5. Passwords and Local Processing

Tools such as the Secure Password Generator run entirely within your browser. We do not transmit, log, or store any password, note, or input you generate or enter. You are solely responsible for the security and safekeeping of any password or data you generate using the Service.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or rely on third-party infrastructure (such as DNS or hosting providers). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.

7. Changes to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
